Our mission is to design beautiful & unique handmade journals + accessories to foster your creativity. 


Our Process

Before mass manufacturing made it easier to purchase new fabric, mending fabric was an economic necessity. It was cheaper to mend an old garment or household linen than to buy or create a new one. Europeans used Darning, Indians used Kantha, and the Japanese used Boro stitching to preserve and 

re-create clothing. These traditions are still in use today.


Recycling old fabric and materials is an important part of our creative process. The handmade vintage and BOHO style Journals and accessories we make do not have perfect fabrics, materials, threads or stitches, but this is the precise reason they are so special to us. 


Our handiwork embraces these irregularities in our products because we believe that beauty can be found even in brokenness.


Our process for creating our products is quite simple:
 

We believe in preserving history, heritage, and culture. As such, we use a blend of mostly vintage and some contemporary materials to make our handmade products.
 

All our products are designed and created with love in the USA.

We love creating our products in the Vintage and BOHO styles.

It depends on the order itself. A custom order of over 50 products for a wedding, for example, could take approximately 2-3 months to complete, depending on the product and the customization requirements. An order of 1 product with minimal customization for a birthday gift would take much less. Please contact us to discuss your idea with us and to get a quote today.
